The location and the friendliness of the person who received me were great, and the breakfast was very good. In the room, there was someone else’s underwear hanging on the curtain rail.

“Not suitable to stay at this place or this single room”

The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets, holes in the towels, and a bug on both the bed and towel that made my skin itch. The bathroom overflowed into the room, the shower drain was clogged, the shower head was broken, and the tap was falling apart. Hair and wires were hanging out of the wall, the old air‑con system was extremely loud, and a pipe sticking out of the window gave no privacy. The place felt out of date and noisy, and overall it was unclean.

The only good thing was the lady who was there when we arrived; she was truly kind and helpful, which is why I gave her two stars. In the first family room, which was supposed to be spacious, there was mold and water leaking from the air‑con. There was no toilet paper, so I had to ask for it. The second double room was very small. The listing said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t offered at all. Finally, there was no hot water—the water was very cold.
