The hotel is pretty good, with some staff being friendly while others are far from professional; overall the experience is acceptable but definitely not the best, especially for the price paid, though it was fine for a single night. The AC works well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor: the bed linens were dirty, there was no tea, sugar, or even water in the room despite the price, and the bathroom lacked soap, shampoo, or anything else. Attention to hygiene was almost nonexistent, and the mattress itself was quite worn, though that might be expected given the cost.

Nothing positive. The account manager’s rude manner and the fact that they charged more than the agreed amount on Booking were the only negatives.
