They are scoundrels! I had booked in advance, paid through a platform, wrote on WhatsApp, my reservation was confirmed and they told me I could arrive calmly. We arrived exhausted after a long trip, driving up a hill on a terrible road, and from the moment we stepped in they said there were no rooms and they didn’t care about the messages or the reservation; we had to get a refund through the payment platform after 40 days. It’s a horrible place with terrible hospitality policy, I’m furious and disappointed. Don’t count on them. Their reviews are fake.
