“Bad. Only good thing was the location”

The location was fine. The room was dirty, the bath was dirty, the staff were rude during the day, and the room had a bad smell.

“Nottingham stay.”

The location was perfect for my needs. I’ve stayed here before and booked again because of that experience. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good size. However, there were no power outlets near the beds in room 214, the hair dryer in room 201 was too far from the mirror, and when we returned around 22:30 the bar was already closed, which was disappointing.

Everything was clean and tidy, and all the necessary items were available. Parking was a tight squeeze.

“Could be better”

I appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were, and they were good value for what they offered. The room felt cozy, though not as cozy as it could be; the view and nearby attractions were good enough. The bathroom door didn’t lock, the lock was broken, and there was no privacy when using the bathroom. The bed felt like sleeping on the floor; it was uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep. It wasn’t worth £100+ and the elevator sounded like an engine that might break or trap you. (No pictures, only a video of the door)
