The location is perfect—literally right on the beach! The staff were not friendly at all; no one smiled or said thank you the whole time. The beds were awful with scratchy sheets. The AC wasn’t cold enough and the cold air leaked under the curtain. The balcony door kept sticking, so half the time it wouldn’t open without my husband forcing it. The balcony was rusted and genuinely concerning. There were two sad outdoor chairs and no table for drinks. Our trash and towels were only changed once during the stay; we had to bring our own towels and my husband had to go to the front desk. It was just okay, but we would have preferred to pay more for better service.

I loved the view from the balcony and the clean, very spacious rooms. The only downside was that I couldn’t stay longer 😭

Nada. The cleaning was terrible, the room smelled awful, the elevator was bad, the beds were poorly made, the microwave was unclean, and we didn’t get a refund when we decided to cancel.
