We spent a lovely time at the Yellow House in Quito; the host was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The place had a cozy, personal vibe that was just right for our stay, and we’re grateful for the heartfelt hospitality.

The location was great, the room was clean with a private bathroom, and the simple coffee was surprisingly tasty. Dulce, Gabi, and Shanti were super friendly and cheerful, but the Wi‑Fi kept fluctuating a lot.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very kind, yet everything seemed to need a deep clean and felt a bit outdated. Our shower drain didn’t work at all, and the area feels like a spot where people head out to nightclubs.

The staff were kind and helped us get in even though we arrived late because of traffic. However, there is no TV even though the listing says there is, the bed is small and not very comfortable, there are no toiletries, and the area is now very dangerous.
