Cinnamon Bentota Beach - Signature Selection

“Relaxing, calm, peaceful.”

The location, food, and facilities were all great, making it a perfect spot to unwind without leaving the resort. The only downside was that the staff sometimes took a bit longer to prepare drinks or food, but overall it was very laid‑back.

“Stayed 4 nights but average enjoyment. Great facilities with beach access”

The resort had the typical style you expect, and there was nothing particularly extraordinary.

The staff—at the spa, reception, and restaurant—were very friendly, making us feel so comfortable. The food was superb! We even received a surprise cake in our room to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary. I highly recommend it.

We spent two nights at Cinnamon Signature, and the whole experience was wonderful. The ambience, location, staff, hospitality, and service were all exceptional. Celebrating our daughter’s first birthday on the beach was made truly memorable by the team, who arranged a lovely beachside table, decorations, and a birthday cake. Shweta, the coordinator, along with Kavindu, Dhananjaya, and Janaka, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and supportive throughout the celebration. Even though heavy rain started right around the event, the team patiently waited for it to ease and then set everything up quickly and efficiently. Their dedication and willingness to make our daughter’s special day memorable meant a lot to us. Thank you to the entire team at Cinnamon Signature for making our stay and our daughter’s first birthday celebration so special. We will cherish the memories we made here and would happily return again.
