“Tipp topp i tipi.”
NorGlamp Glamping sits in a pleasant, slightly secluded spot that makes it easy to unwind; the pictures suggested the units were more isolated, yet they’re arranged along a small lane with roughly 5‑15 metres between them. We stayed in a tipi that was beautiful, spacious, and came with a comfy seating area, a fridge, and some cutlery and glasses. The tents looked charming but were a bit cramped for us. Each unit had its own patio with seating, and there was a lovely central grill hut with a great view that anyone could use. Four bathroom blocks with toilets and showers were cleaned each morning. A jacuzzi and sauna, also with wonderful scenery, could be booked for 1.5 hours for an extra fee. I’d suggest bringing your own grill food and drinks to enjoy in the hut; you can also pre‑order meals (breakfast or dinner) from a local caterer, though the dinner we ordered for around 15:00 arrived at 11:00, was tasty, but pricey if you do it every meal. The jacuzzi and sauna are definitely worth trying, though their cost is steep, so we only used them once. It’s a nice spot for a day or two of luxury or peace, but a bit expensive and not ideal for a long stay. My tip is to rent one of the larger units for a night, check in early, order a meal delivery, and book the jacuzzi and sauna. When we booked, I ticked the pet box; the policy wasn’t clear, but only two units allow pets, by request and for 350 kr per night.
