From Check in to Check out the overall stay was very pleasant . The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and adequate for our stay . The breakfast was great with a variety of options . The hotel has 4 swimming pools which was good because there was a lot of people staying there . The hotel was an easy walk to Kata beach where you could rent out the sun loungers . Also it was close to the many restaurants nearby with a great selection of seafood and thai food . The bathroom drain was easily flooded from overflow from the shower

The facilities were great, the rooms were large, the staff were very friendly, breakfast offered a very good range of foods to choose from. The bed was very firm and the rooms could use more storage drawers.

The location was great, with a good range of eateries and bars around, all within walking distance or easy transport. The hotel facilities were good although the hotel itself was very large, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was not great and the hotel meals were also not great.

The location is great, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The facilities are solid and offer good value for money. Everyone on the staff is polite and friendly. The room is spacious, well arranged, and comes with a balcony. My 9‑year‑old daughter loved all the pools available. The TV channels are limited and the picture quality is grainy, which feels outdated for 2026.
