The staff on the second morning were fine. 1) The location is wrong; after ordering an Uber you still have to walk far. When you get to the bottom of the building the sign is not obvious, I sent a message asking if the hotel could pick me up, but no one came down. 2) The staff who handled our check‑in were very average, and at first they told me luggage could only be stored for 5 hours, later I asked why and they said until 24:00. We initially wanted to store it for a whole day, they said it would cost ten dollars, which was outrageous. 3) The hotel has a terrace on the street, but there are no windows, only a door, so it’s extremely noisy; people who need good sleep should be careful. 4) The reviews say breakfast is good, but it’s actually mediocre, much worse than the food I had the day before at the pyramid, and there’s no meat. 5) In short, there’s no value for money.

The staff were friendly and the spot is great, but the windows were always open and we got a lot of mosquitos. The common room could use more space, though that’s probably beyond their control.

Very well located, with friendly staff. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast is tasty. The air conditioning works flawlessly and the windows are well insulated, both crucial in Cairo. Price and quality are very good. The room is a bit small but has everything you need when traveling. Everything was fine. Don’t be afraid of the building entrance; the front door doesn’t look like a book.
