We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout the hotel. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming and efficient. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable, and whenever we needed anything, someone was always available to help. One of the things that was new for us was the WhatsApp guest service. This was such a fantastic and convenient touch, as we could message directly whenever we needed something. We even asked the team to check our room while we were out for the day because we had accidentally left something behind. They were more than happy to help, which really showed us how trustworthy and accommodating the staff are. Another particularly lovely touch was how the team remembered that it was my birthday. They somehow knew that we were in the restaurant and arranged a surprise birthday cake for me. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and it genuinely made my birthday feel special. These little details really show how much attention the staff pay to their guests. A special mention to Dilmini, who welcomed us so warmly and was incredibly kind and thoughtful from the beginning. Tharandi from Guest Services was also exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our stay. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. As British guests, we really appreciated that everyone made an effort to communicate with us in English and made us feel included and comfortable. The friendliness and warmth of the team really stood out to us. We also appreciated the little thoughtful touches, such as being given takeaway coffees for our long journey when we were leaving. It was such a lovely gesture and really summed up the level of care we experienced during our stay. The spa was also excellent. Booking was straightforward, the staff were welcoming, and the environment was incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long journey. We enjoyed our stay very much, we would stay at this hotel again
