“I am already looking forward to going back!”

I recently spent two nights at the Onsen At Moncham, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. If you are looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature without sacrificing luxury, this is the place to be. Stunning Accommodations: The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Breathtaking Landscapes: The property itself is a masterpiece. The landscapes are meticulously designed and maintained, featuring a stunning variety of plants and pristine pathways that blend seamlessly with the mountain surroundings. World-Class Spa: The spa area is gorgeous and serves its purpose wonderfully. It’s the ultimate setting to unwind, soak, and completely melt away any stress. Exceptional Hospitality: The staff truly elevated the experience. They were consistently helpful, polite, friendly, and resourceful, always going above and beyond with a smile. Incredible Dining: The food and drinks were simply amazing—every single meal we had was delicious and full of flavor. From the crisp mountain air to the top-tier hospitality, this stay exceeded every expectation. There was a hectic when we arrived that our ride couldn’t park near the entrance that could organize and plan better. Second was fly in the restaurant area

“A decent stay”

The setting and overall facilities were very good and impressive. It takes tremendous effort to design and maintain such a big property at that level and in that mood & tone. Some facilities, e.g. F&B seating especially for breakfast, seem to be not enough to cater to high occupancy even not in the high season.

“גן עדן עלי אדמות”

Everything was perfect – an earthly paradise. The staff were amazing, attentive, empathetic, always smiling and ready to help you have the best experience. The scenery was breathtaking. The room was incredible, and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The attention to detail was impeccable. The onsen was stunning. The massages and the food were excellent. It was the best experience I’ve had on a trip. Thank you all, and I hope to return soon! On the downside, the place is quite isolated and there are no dining options except the restaurant; Grub does not come to the area, so it’s wise to arrange a round‑trip trip beforehand because the hotel’s costs are relatively high. Likewise, the costs for a tour and hiring a driver from the hotel staff are expensive, so plan ahead.
