“Worst possible stay”
I spent 2 hours cleaning the studio unit and paying 1000p plus on cleaning materials, yet the staff was completely uninterested. There was no hot water; I had to run the tap for 15 minutes or more to get lukewarm water. The sheets were stained with blue. The pool existed but was unusable because it was rented out every day for events and walk‑ins. I’ll never stay here again.
“Needs more improvement”
The beach, sunrise, location, and fresh air were great. The pool was small, unclean, and had no chairs or tables. Parking was limited. There was no cook or chef on site; we had to call the main resort 700 m away to see if a chef or menu was available, so we ordered food through Grab instead. The receptionist didn’t do her best to meet guests’ needs, and no one was available at night. We left the next day. Construction noise was still ongoing and the place wasn’t finished yet. The bedsheets were dirty and had hair, and there were many mosquitoes.
