We had a decent stay at Ramadia Grand Holiday Resort, which was a welcome upgrade from the original Ramadia Ranmal Holiday Resort I'd booked. The location was perfect for exploring south Colombo, with easy access to Moratuwa and Mount Lavinia. The breakfast spread was pretty good, but it wasn't always steaming hot, and sometimes the buffet units were shut down early. We also had issues with hot water, which wasn't always available, and the hotel couldn't provide a bucket despite our requests.

The staff at this hotel were absolute stars - friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. However, the check-out process was a bit of a nightmare, taking an inordinate amount of time. Despite this, the excellent service made up for it, and we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by dirty and outdated rooms that desperately needed a renovation. On the plus side, some of the staff were friendly and tried their best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings. It's a shame, really, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be a gem.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from, and we also enjoyed having dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.
