Good location, easy parking, comfy beds. The reception staff were rude and the restaurant staff weren’t much better. We waited 4 hours from 3 pm for a check‑in; the manager handled it well and gave us free parking and breakfast for one morning, but the initial handling was disappointing.

Honestly, nothing special, but it was fine for a business trip, though the price isn’t worthwhile. I asked twice for a late checkout and to pay for it because I was traveling overseas with a late flight, but they didn’t reply until the last minute; they accepted it because it’s our hotel policy, but there are better options available.

A neat hotel on a great location next to the Berri‑UQAM metro station. The breakfast buffet is good and extensive and gets refilled adequately. Spacious rooms with nice beds, an average bathroom. The buffet is cleared at 9:30 am, even though many guests are still eating.

The location was great, walking distance to old town and downtown, even though it was a little rough and sketchy, specially in the evenings. Really enjoyed having Starbucks and a grocery store right in the building. Enjoyed a great city view from 23rd floor. we only tried the breakfast once, the selection was not great, waffles and danishes were store bought and reheated, not freshly made
