The atmosphere is very family‑friendly. Service is top‑level, you feel like you’re visiting grandma. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. My husband went for a spinal adjustment procedure and liked it. The hair dryer in our room didn't work, but that wasn't critical since we weren't staying long.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. The room had shower supplies, especially a shower gel that I hadn't found in any other hotel. Though the hotel has no elevator, the staff helped carry items to the room. The room feels very atmospheric, like the rest of the hotel. The nearby resort is Mirgorod. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. I recommend it. There is no elevator.
