When I got to the hotel around 10–11 p.m., I was told the room I’d booked wasn’t available and that there was apparently no room for me; the staff spent a long time discussing the issue, making phone calls to each other, and trying to sort it out. I was given a different room and taken there, but when I opened the door there was someone else’s luggage, the bed had been slept in, and the room clearly looked occupied, so it seemed the staff themselves had no idea what was happening. Eventually two other couples who had booked two rooms kindly agreed to share one room so that I could have the other one. I’m extremely grateful to those guests, because otherwise I honestly have no idea what I would have done in the middle of the night. The whole situation was completely unacceptable and very stressful. A hotel should know which rooms are available and which are occupied, especially when guests arrive late at night.

“Raczej nie skorzystam ponownie”

Breakfast was average, and even though the hotel is close to the airport, you have to consider traffic jams, so the drive takes over 40 minutes.

“A bad experience; I definitely won't be coming to this hotel again.”

The location was good, but I was unhappy that I booked one room with a king‑size bed and another with twin beds, yet ended up with one single room and one triple room. The staff promised to compensate me 330 zlotys, but I haven’t received anything, nor an invoice in my company’s name. Very poor communication!
