“Desastroso”
The location was good, but the staff’s lack of training on intolerances is serious; they put gluten‑free bread next to gluten bread with a barely visible sign, use a single toaster for all bread, so the gluten‑free option gets cross‑contaminated and I couldn’t eat it even though I’d paid for breakfast. On top of that, at an ibis the front desk had no one who could speak or understand a word of Spanish, and they wouldn’t try to communicate in any language that suited me; they spoke in the language that worked for them and blamed me if I didn’t understand. The restaurant closed for dinner very early; when we tried to go, a very unpleasant staff member shouted that it was closed and did not bother to tell us where we could go or if something else might be open, leaving us without dinner. Overall, the service was disastrous, and the lack of training on intolerances is dangerous; we would not return.
