The room was spacious, the staff friendly, and the location was peaceful. However, it was tucked into a side wing of the hotel and felt very dark. The “shabby chic” décor leaned more toward shabby than chic, and the bathroom was sparsely furnished. Instead of focusing on the hotel operators, it might be better to skip a few pieces of furniture and invest in higher quality items.

The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. It’s a bit dark, a bit dated, but also distinctly Venetian, and I loved that vibe.
