The hotel sits right next to the city centre and both the U‑Bahn and S‑Bahn, and the staff were friendly. However, the room was smaller and more basic than I had imagined, leaving little space to unwind when I wasn’t out and about. On top of that, there was no hotel lounge or bar as the ads promised, which made the stay less enjoyable than I’d hoped. Even though the location justifies a higher price, the overall value for money felt disappointing.

“Excellent value property in safe convenient location with breakfast!”

The location was superb, tucked on a quiet side street only blocks from Marienplatz. The property was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent. However, the beds were worn and uncomfortable, towels were scanty with only one per person, and the floor was a solid surface that felt colder, though it was cleaner than carpet.
