The room was very cozy and spacious, including the bathroom. It's a short walk from Cavour metro station, Via Foria and Sanità district. I highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and the owner was helpful in letting us check in earlier than the official time. However, we had no dishes, glasses or mugs because they were locked, and there was a sewage smell overnight; otherwise the rooms looked exactly as in the photos. I gave 9 only for the 'mini-lamps', everything else was fine.

The building is new, well furnished, clean, and quiet, but it looks a bit old from the outside and doesn’t make a great first impression until you pass the front door, where it’s actually great.
