Everything is set up well, with a working air‑con and shower, a great bed, and a nice balcony. Communication via messages was good and the price‑quality ratio is decent. Everything is new and there’s a private parking space. The only issues were the ongoing work right next to the apartments, the balcony view isn’t perfect because of other buildings, the cutlery is a bit dull for slicing bread, and the old town is a bit far but still walkable in about half an hour.

The apartment is very quiet, yet you can drive quickly into the city and the river valleys. It comes with a parking spot and a balcony that offers a fantastic mountain view and a great orientation, so you can enjoy a late breakfast without the sun beating down. The pre‑arrival contact was very friendly, and we were even able to move in earlier than planned. The only drawback is that the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking; there could be more dishes and a few good knives.
