The hotel sits right next to Airbus, but the so‑called “Modern Style” service was non‑existent—no coffee, no water, no room service, and they even controlled the room air conditioning, turning it off when we wanted it on and vice versa. It was a disaster; I’ll never return.

The location was right by the bus stop for the ferry to Finkenwerder and the Airbus plant, and breakfast was truly excellent; the downside was that the off‑site parking cost €20 per night, which I found outrageous.

The staff were friendly and polite, the place was clean, the beds comfortable, and the location was great. We loved the aviation details and the hotel was quiet, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Parking could have been advertised more clearly; it was confusing.

The location was perfect for the Airbus factory visit, but the food was just okay—not great, but fortunately there’s an Italian restaurant right next door.

The rooms were very clean and new, but on that day it seemed like all the staff had a bad day: the breakfast lacked cooked eggs and ham, and my polite request was met with a annoyed reply, "in 10 minutes"; the overall quality of the breakfast was at Ramsch level, 16 € for one of the worst breakfasts in recent years. Yet everything seemed hip and stylish, with Airbus ensuring good occupancy, so you could throw a guest in the face and treat them with contempt—if you’re into that. I’m not.
