The room was comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom were separate which was convenient. The jam knives in the breakfast bread area were dirty, all with stains; after telling the staff they were all dirty, the staff offered to clean the one I had, while the other jam knives seemed to remain in place, perhaps because no other guests complained.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, and the room overall was good. The carpet in the room needed better cleaning; it looked a bit stained.
