I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's charming atmosphere, comfortable beds, and cozy chalet. The housekeeper was meticulous in her work, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Vinicius, the staff member I interacted with, was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's grounds were well-maintained, and I had an excellent stay. In fact, I loved every aspect of my experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by a series of issues from the start. Upon arrival, I was left standing outside with my children and luggage, as there was no one to receive us at the reception desk. The hotel was empty, and I had to wait for the owner to arrive, who seemed unaware that I had a reservation. The internet and TV did not work during my entire stay, and the pool was only available on the sixth day due to a problem with the pump.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with its excellent facilities and peaceful surroundings. The wildlife, including monkeys and birds, added to the tranquility of the environment. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee available, and the location was not ideal. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend the hotel for its relaxing atmosphere.
