The quadruple room was perfect with many amenities. It’s close to the center, the breakfast was super abundant, and Mrs. Francesca was very kind.

Strategic location: start of the seaside in Grottammare, breakfast at a great pastry shop in the center. It was a bit too hot, so maybe the air conditioning isn’t needed, but ceiling fans in the rooms would have been appreciated.

Location, position, and staff friendliness. The only drawback was the proximity to the railway, which disturbed sleep at night.
