Accoglienza , colazione e soprattutto la pulizia sia della camera che degli spazi comuni. La camera standard è al piano rialzato con una finestra su strada ed è per questo poco luminosa

The location is ideal for starting visits to Etna, and there’s a pool right in the city center. The neighborhood isn’t great.

The building is very nice and the staff are friendly. Nothing to add.

The experience was more than positive; Mrs. Simona and her team were truly exceptional. The quadruple room that was assigned to us was impeccable, well‑maintained, and spotless throughout our stay, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thanks for making us feel at home.

The staff were very friendly and the parking inside the property was convenient. On the day of arrival the air‑conditioning in our room failed, but we were quickly given a different room that was larger for the entire stay👍. However, the AC in the room was terrible; it was still extremely hot with high humidity, making the nights uncomfortable and something that could be improved. The noise at the pool from other guests made it impossible to relax, with some people talking loudly on speakerphone even while in the pool.
