The welcome was very courteous and the house looked good. It was very close to the center and you could park the car. The room was very tight, but because of the high temperatures, even with the air‑conditioner it was difficult to sleep well.

The place was charming and very clean. The location was ideal. The double bed was a bit narrow, but that did not spoil our stay at all.

“super recomendable la atencion de del personal muy bien”

The location in the center of Bacalar was super quick to get around, everything was spotless and the atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which was perfect for my family. The only downside was the internet, which was very slow.

It felt like staying at the owners’ home—very family‑friendly and extremely welcoming. We enjoyed the friendly chats and useful tips. The couple were very accommodating and helpful. The place is beautiful and well‑situated, just a few minutes from the lagoon and great restaurants nearby. We’d recommend it right away. The room was a bit small, but that didn’t bother us much.

“Super”

The reception and service were excellent, and the family gave great advice. The rooms were charming and comfortable. The location was good—close to the lagoon and the center yet still quiet. There was no smart TV or breakfast (which was noted, so that was fine). We had kitchen access and could cook and make coffee ourselves.
