We arrived in front of the building’s lobby and had a few questions. After meeting Monica and Vittorio, all doubts vanished; they were two fantastic people who love their work and their clients. They went to great lengths to help us, always checking if we needed anything, and Monica ran her home with a master’s touch—dust hardly appeared. The rooms were huge and the bedding comfortable; breakfast was good. We stayed six nights and everything was perfect. Thanks again to both of them. I can only recommend this place.

The location is excellent and the place is very clean. Monica and Vittorio’s good disposition is outstanding. Breakfast is listed as included in the rate, yet upon arrival they say it’s not truly included and depends on tips. While they provide it without issue, up to checkout there’s an expectation that makes the situation a bit uncomfortable. If you pay for a service, tips are extra and voluntary, so that expectation should not exist and make the guest feel “in debt.”
