“Una noche en SMA”
I was quite pleased with the comfort of the bed and pillows, but unfortunately, the service from the staff was quite scattered. The shower also didn't work properly, and water would spray everywhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts a beautiful location right by Central Park. However, I did find that it was a bit of a walk to the main square and church, which wasn't ideal. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to the park was a major plus.

I enjoyed my stay in the modern, clean rooms with a lovely balcony overlooking the park. However, I was a bit surprised that there was no air conditioning, which made the room feel a bit stuffy at times.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, personalized service, and décor were all top-notch, but it's a bit odd to say that everything exceeded my expectations.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The design and rooms were really nice and comfortable, but our room had very little natural light. When I asked to switch rooms, I was surprised that the manager didn't make an effort to accommodate me, even though there were rooms available. Additionally, I felt that the hotel's policies were not very customer-friendly, particularly when it came to their pricing, which seemed unfair.
