The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, but the hotel should respect and accommodate guests of all religious backgrounds when serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner by offering food choices that consider different religious dietary practices and restrictions, so every guest feels welcomed, respected, and included regardless of their faith or beliefs, and they didn’t have a pool inside.

The hotel was close to the airport and parking was right outside the door, but check‑in was poorly organized, the building was old, messy, and not clean enough, which doesn’t match the Hyatt standard, let alone the high price.

From check‑in to check‑out this was a great stay; the front desk was very kind and professional, even the overnight clerk was impeccably dressed; we booked a King bed room, one of the largest I’ve stayed in, and with my mobility scooter it was easy to move around; the room, hallway, lobby, and outside area were very clean and well cared for; it was close to the airport and they ran two shuttle buses if needed; breakfast was really good with many selections; if we return to this area we’ll stay here again, and I can’t think of anything to criticize—this was a really great place to stay.

The front desk staff answered the phone and met us on arrival with kindness, got us into our room early which we appreciated, parking was easy to find and the area felt safe, yet the hotel was undergoing a fair amount of construction inside, there was a strong paint smell in our room after the elevator, and the thermostat was difficult to use.
