Clean and well equipped, the metro is nearby, everything was fine.

The location is close to the metro and the price is reasonable. The room had a terrible mold smell coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. I couldn’t use the balcony because the doors were broken. Soundproofing was awful; I could hear all the noises from neighboring rooms and the street as if we were in the same room. Breakfast was abysmal: only a voucher to a nearby tobacco shop where I could get one croissant and the service was terrible. I never met any staff in person; everything was handled online. The host sent many very long messages repeating the same information. There was no fire alarm in the room.

Only the proximity to the metro mattered (the listing claimed it was in Vomero, which is wrong – it’s actually in the Avvocata area). I was very disappointed: the hotel was advertised as being in Vomero, but it’s not, and the surrounding area is dirty and unsettling at night. They charged me EUR 25 for a late‑arrival fee even though the ad didn’t mention it and it seemed unjustified – it wasn’t for a person’s arrival at all, just a scam. We received the apartment entry instructions by email and everything was remote; no one was there to help for that EUR 25. The supposed breakfast was also a scam – a voucher to a nearby café for a coffee and a croissant. There was also an issue with the main door that never closed, so anyone in the building could enter whenever they wanted. It’s not worth it at all – I strongly advise against staying here.
Everything was great. The location is fantastic, just 2 minutes from the metro station, and it’s hard to find a better spot. The coffee machine was smoking, none of the cups had beans to replace. I think they’re not trying to overcharge, but it wasn’t a problem. They suggest you go outside for coffee.
