Everything was within expectations, but the beach was rubbish and the hotel isn’t to blame.

I loved the location, right next to the village and the sea. The three bars, the drink dispensers, beer, wine, and even ice cream were a real treat, and the beach was pretty nice, though the last part has a lot of pebbles so you should wear suitable shoes. The shops were handy for forgotten or necessary items with fair prices, selling everything from cigarettes and drinks to flip‑flops, bags, beach toys, and mattresses. I want to thank Merylin for doing everything to improve our stay; without her I would have given a lower score, and the garden was beautifully tended with affectionate cats. The staff were very kind and polite, especially in the dining area. The food was a bit disappointing: all the meat was pork, never beef, and the chicken was undercooked and inedible. There was no entertainment at all; the kids’ club for up to 12 let them play on their phones. Evening parties were sparse and poorly attended. The pool’s hours were 10–18, which made it hard to stay longer or go early in the morning. The resort, like many others, needs a lot of maintenance, but that didn’t affect our holiday. It’s obvious who the manager is, and all the staff seem afraid of him, which isn’t reassuring for guests.

The location and services are very nice, but the hotel does not support pets.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room and all areas were clean, comfortable, and beautiful; we’ll definitely choose this place again.
