The room was super comfy and the location was excellent for exploring Matéra, so we could walk everywhere. The city centre was also close, making it easy to find restaurants and cafés. Unfortunately, the coffee machine broke for our friends and leaked; a few tea sachets would have been perfect since there was a kettle.

The place is really well situated and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, and the parking was good and safe, just beside the main police lot 😁. We’d definitely come back and recommend it! The only downside was a few ants, especially around the breakfast area.

There was no private parking, but we were lucky that someone left their spot when we arrived, which made us very happy.
