We spent a few fantastic days at Palacete do Guerreiro. The space is incredible, with a huge taste in the restoration of the entire building – the respect for the house’s history shows in every detail. A special thank you to Javier for his friendliness and the way he welcomed us. Very helpful and made us feel comfortable from the first to the last day. It’s the kind of place you really want to return to calmly. Five stars! Ricardo and Andreia

The Palacete do Guerreiro is a rare gem where everything just clicks. The spot is stunning, offering killer views and an instant sense of calm. The breakfast, the biggest and best I've ever had, comes included with the room rate—absolutely fantastic. Dinner is great value, especially knowing everything is local and organic when possible. Javier and his team bring passion, drive, and personality, making this place a must‑visit. We’re already brainstorming reasons to return and chat with the lovely Javier again 😍 Nothing negative.

The place is fantastically located and beautifully furnished. The breakfast and dinner were delightful. It’s an ideal spot to explore Serra da Estrela and visit Coimbra, then enjoy the lovely pool and a dinner prepared by the host.
