Checking in was super convenient, the room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the staff communicated quickly and politely; nothing was lacking.

I stayed in a room that was spotless and very comfortable, but everything else was a bit disappointing.

The room had nice personal touches like a good selection of teas, coffee, and biscuits, a welcoming bag on arrival, and it was very clean and friendly—nothing to complain about.

Everything was lovely and the host was incredibly helpful, with no negatives at all.
