I was greeted very warmly and received a nice room that, despite facing the street, stayed quiet. In a charming little living room that feels like it came straight out of my grandma’s era, you can still settle on the sofa and read at night. There’s a fridge for guests and always hot water for tea or coffee. I dined at the restaurant and found the food very tasty. The breakfast the next morning was varied, fresh, and excellent. I felt comfortable and would gladly return.

The morning meal was good and the meat soup was very tasty. Overall, the lodging was very good for the price, with no complaints to make.

The best value for money during my entire stay in Iceland. The hotel is cozy and shares a common area with a fridge and a set for brewing coffee and tea. The room is practically designed, and the downstairs restaurant is very good. The reception also sells souvenirs and snacks for the road. There’s a gas station right next to the property. Outside, a very friendly cat greeted me, probably the resident. The only downside is the window condition – the ones in the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
