It was clean and air-condition and fridge and free good WiFi. The service the ladies/maids miscommunicated they said it's fine to lock the door they will still clean but the door was supposed to be open then they would give us the wrong breakfast we only realised near the end when they gave us 2 slices of bread a egg a slice of tomato and onion they were giving us without the tomato and onion then at first the laundry was 10 kwacha then increased to 20 then 25 and it kept increas8ng the water would go randomly and they treated my girlfriend with disrespect they called her to go to them in a disrespectful way and told her to arrange the room for cleaning (which is what they are being paid for)

The place was very clean and homely, but we had no access to a TV.

The facilities were great, and the staff were especially excellent.

We didn’t stay because they told us the hotel was full even though it was listed as available on the platform. A positive note: they informed us right away so we could find another place that could host us. However, they didn’t cancel my reservation even though I requested a free cancellation, but fortunately they didn’t charge me.
