The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered a lake view, though the rain made it hard to see much. Breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the fruit and papaya juice, which I really enjoyed. The humidity, however, caused problems with metal items.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even bringing heaters and other items to make our stay better. The Wi‑Fi was fast. Unfortunately, everything was very damp: mold on all furniture and fabrics, the bathroom felt like a biology lab with plants growing through seals and green walls. It was cold and very noisy.

The location was convenient, and every facility listed was available. The common area was well kept and perfect for a family of two or three, offering a relaxing environment. Cleanliness was excellent, and staff—especially Subesh—were kind, always ready to help and served a delicious breakfast.

The amenities were good and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel sits atop a hill, so the temperature drops sharply after sunset, making it feel very cold.
