The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable, yet the bathroom was poorly lit, the restaurant menu prices were outdated, and the price hikes exceeded what was verbally promised.

The place is amazing, you can truly disconnect; the breakfast was tasty and varied, and coinciding with the national holidays, they offered traditional Chilean sweets every day—10/10. This was my second stay and I’ll definitely return.

The outdoor spaces and bed were nice, yet there were annoying noises from people at an event late into the night; the room had a fridge‑bar without drinks, a coffee maker with only two cups and sugar.

The comfort and facilities were solid, but I didn’t like that the shower lacked a door and everything got wet when I left; the lamp light is too harsh and annoying when turned on.
