“Great location, need more comfortable bed.”
We liked the spot and the staff, but the room was very tiny and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, with springs feeling in my back.
The location is great, the staff lovely, the air‑conditioning works well, and the room was fine, though a fridge would have been nice.
The place is in an excellent spot, the service is great, the facilities are very clean, the bathroom is small but new and comfortable; even though it’s centrally located, it’s very quiet. I highly recommend it! The room lacks sufficient lighting and the stairs have very small steps.

The property sits perfectly in Rialto, close to everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly; I thought I’d left my RayBans in the room at checkout, and the gentleman at the desk let me check, only to find them stuffed in my purse—go figure. The place was within walking distance of everything, clean, and I didn’t expect daily towel and trash pickup. There’s an espresso maker in the lobby, and the area feels safe with locked doors and key‑card/code access. My only issue was the bed’s comfort and the AC unit’s noise; otherwise, it was a great place.
