The staff are friendly but that doesn’t raise the rating enough. I wasn’t told that the restaurant would be closed for renovations during my stay. After a 5‑hour drive I was looking forward to dining there. The lack of an elevator is unacceptable for a place of this level. The switches are out of reach around the bed, forcing me to get up to turn the lights on or off. I had to move the bed to reach the power outlet I absolutely need to plug in my respirator for the night.

The setting is beautiful, a shame. The bathroom and toilet had a water leak that I reported to reception, and the blinds were stuck in the lower position, which I also reported.
