Clean and good staff

Clean, comfortable bed. Good linen etc. Lock on my door difficult to open. It got stuck a lot. Hot water in shower failed for a while. Only one power point & it was too far from bed. I use a CPAP machine. No lift. No bedside lamp. Bar very noisy on Saturday afternoon

The staff were awesome—friendly, caring, professional—and the pub food was absolutely delicious. The room, however, felt more like a jail cell: no TV, no bedside tables, no AC, and it was definitely outdated—prison cells even have a TV.
