The staff were very friendly and helpful, and as far as Indian standards go it was very clean with a clean mattress and linens; the air‑conditioning worked, though not fresh; the area was safe and comfortable, just a 15‑minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a street with many restaurants and a shop; there was a fridge that worked. Despite the flaws, if I had to be in Delhi again I would return to this hotel. Every night we encountered at least one cockroach, mainly in the bathroom, and on the last day we saw bugs between the sink and the counter. The bathroom drain was almost non‑functional on the last day, and the air‑conditioning sometimes smelled. I would say it was very clean by Indian standards, but not by European standards. The fridge was slightly rusty.

“Good experience, will recommend.”

The staff were the most supportive and quick with everything, the place and neighborhood were great, the area was quiet and safe, and the hotel room was spacious enough; the location was well connected with most of the famous places to visit and a metro station was very close. The only issue was that no meal was included for the very high price per night, and the pricing was a little higher than it should have been but everything else was good.

“Es war ok”

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but the room was small, the window was covered so nothing could be seen, and the old air‑conditioner was very loud.
