La Senne

We made a quick two‑day trip to Brussels just to sample the city, and we’re thrilled we stayed at La Senne. The reception was warmly welcoming. We arrived around noon and had a tasty light lunch at Café La Senne on the ground floor, which also let us meet the staff. Our room was roomy, impeccably clean, and the bed, pillows and linens were supremely comfortable, with a superb bathroom. Every detail was presented beautifully—simply flawless. The following morning we ate breakfast at the café: the coffee was excellent and the croissant might be the best we’ve ever had, even compared to France! Getting there was straightforward—a pleasant 15‑minute walk from Brussels Central Station. We look forward to visiting Brussels again, and when we do, we’ll definitely stay at this charming little place.

“Excellent place if you’re staying in Brussels,very quiet at night but close enough to the city center”

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and everyone at the restaurant and the owner were helpful and nice. There were no complaints at all.

The place was simple and clean, and the location was good. The only downside was that there was no lift.

We really felt at home here. The love and care show up in every small detail—from the stylish room and the charming exterior on the cobblestone street, to the water and little chocolate thoughtfully left for us. The bathroom was especially lovely! It was also nice to be welcomed each morning at the café downstairs, always with the same warmth and kindness. The food was excellent and the staff incredibly friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return one day. Thank you for making our time in Brussels so special!
