The foreign staff member was sensational, helped everything, a love! The place is quiet, the environment is nice! There was no receptionist to attend or guide at the start, even about the app reservation. And the room almost has no outlet to charge a phone. Either you turn on the TV or charge the phone.

Good service. I arrived and the air conditioner was dripping onto the bed, they changed my room, and when I went to shower there was no water in the bathroom, I was changed a second time. For someone who is tired and wants to rest, going through these mishaps is very uncomfortable, how does the hotel not maintain the AC? Does it not check if there is water in the rooms? Terrible experience, I travel for work and always stay in hotels, when I go to Navagantes with all certainty this hotel will not be on my list.
