The place was spotless and the location was perfect, but the toilets were outside the room, making it feel more like a house than a rented room. The noise from the street seeped in, yet the room was very spacious and the kitchen had every convenience.

We adored every detail of our visit – the design, the spotty location, and the overall vibe. Nearby bus stops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants were all within reach. The host and staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making everything smooth and adding to a fantastic stay. We’d definitely return if we come back to Bologna. ☺️

The location was ideal. Our room was large, the beds were excellent, everything was immaculate and well maintained, and there was a kitchen plus generous living areas. The communication was very helpful and professional. The only downside was that access to the apartment and all communication went solely through WhatsApp; a note about this on the booking site would have been useful.

The floors were beautiful and the décor thoughtful. The spot was perfect for a quick city exploration.

The location was superb, ideal for a Bologna city trip, and the on‑site staff were helpful and friendly. However, the place was noisy, even at night, and the room’s air‑conditioning made the temperature too warm.
