The location is perfect, and the room access is well arranged; the room itself is spacious and clean. The nearby bakery offers a great breakfast, and the overall spot is truly wonderful. However, the shower door is rusted at the bottom, the bathroom needs a more thorough cleaning, and a larger trash bin would help. The shampoo container is quite grimy and rusted, and the sink tap only produces a trickle.

The location was unbeatable, just behind the Duomo and right in the middle of the old town. The service was always via email, the blinds didn’t work, the bathroom tap kept leaking, and the shower’s furniture for soaps was all dirty.

The location of the property was great. The only issue was the lack of blackout curtains; from the nearby building’s terrace you could see inside.

The hotel sits in a very central spot in historic Ortigia, the building has been refurbished and is tidy, and the elevator makes moving luggage a breeze. Our room on the second floor was quiet, with a large bed, a toilet, and a shower, and everything worked flawlessly. The downside was that there was no water boiler, no mugs, and no cups.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the peninsula. The parking is far from the accommodation.
