The front desk staff are consistently professional, and their bilingual ability makes checking in and out a breeze. I would highly recommend them. However, when I called a non‑bilingual lady and tried to use a translation app, she simply hung up. Thankfully, having stayed there before, I knew this wasn’t the usual standard. The gentlemen usually remain patient with foreigners navigating Hangul/Korean and fill in gaps with English as needed.
