The room had been refreshed beautifully, was huge, and stayed quiet throughout my stay.

We arrived and were told our room was unavailable because of construction; they handed us key cards for a quality inn in the next town over, a sketchy place we decided not to stay at, and no refund was offered.

The beds were comfortable, but the website promised a hot tub that wasn’t there, and we weren’t told about the major remodel happening.

I had no idea the place was under remodeling before I got there, the advertised hot tub was missing, the room was very dusty and dirty, and the staff were rude.
